Winners of the Carlos Palanca Literature Awards for the Year 2000
The prestigious Carlos Palanca Literature Awards for the year 2000 includes a new category, Future Fiction, where writers are asked to envision what the Philippines and Filipinos will be in the next 50 years or beyond.
The winners were announced on September 1, 2000 (which is also the Golden Anniversary of the Carlos Palanca Memorial Awards for Literature).
